Sessions are available in person in Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire.
One to One sessions can be booked with Katy.
Reflexology – One hour – £45 The ancient practise of reflexology works on the principle that specific areas of the hands and feet correspond to various organs of the body. By treating these reflex areas with pressure; deep relaxation, stress reduction, harmony and balance can be achieved whilst the symptoms associated with chronic illnesses, such as MS & ME, and IBS can be relieved.
Reiki – One hour – £45 Performed by one of the UK’s leading practitioners, Reiki is an ancient method of accessing and channelling universal energy from the highest source to rebalance the mind and body. Effective in reducing the symptoms of stress related conditions and assists in bringing balance the mental / emotional body.

Optimal Quantum Healing Session- 1.5hrs – £65
This powerful session fuses the ancient wisdom of Reflexology and Reiki, with spirit release and soul healing to provide a powerful sense of recalibration, re-alignment to your perfect balance. Please do ensure you have plenty of free time after this session to re-calibrate and achieve the full benefit.
Private Readings – half hour – £40
Readings can be done in person in Beverley if you are within reasonable travelling distance, or remotely via WhatsApp Video call – see online reading page for further details of distance readings.

Katy works as a channel and takes you on a guided meditation journey channelled especially for you, for you to accessyour energetic journey and pathway. This one hour session enables you to receive healing, meet your spirit guides and receive guidance regarding your soul pathway. A profound energetic experience.

A one hour session can be booked with Katy to work on your own spiritual development enhancing your gifts in areas that you choose to work on.This could be gaining connection with spirit, developing how you use cards, or other methods of connection and guidance.

As a Soul Coach Katy works with you “Holistically” understanding that any area of your life that is out of balance can have a profound impact on other areas of your life. Soul Balance can be achieved and harmony is the result of this approach.
Katy works with you inorder to ascertain what your immediate goals are, she may challenge, and question your choices in order for you to achieve the most you can from each session, and as a channel she is able to work with you at your deepest soul level. This may involve healing, enhancing your soul connection, and releasing your soul from restriction. This work is carried out using various methods, and may include channelled guided meditation alongside powerful life coaching tools to great effect.
