I have been on this spiritual journey all of my life!

Now, as I write this, I am accutely aware that this journey is an ongoing journey, no end in sight, just more discovery, and delight! As a child I used to hear my guides, angels, and see orbs. I always had an inner knowing – a knowing about people, places, nature and the wider world around me. People used to say to me, “You have been here before”!

Whilst growing up my abilities dimmed somewhat as I strived to fit into a world that I always felt I did not belong to. Now after many years of re-awakening, re-aligning myself to all that is, all that I once knew, I take my place in this world. I teach, coach and enable others on their own journey of growth and discovery.

I am a qualified Teacher, Life Coach, Reiki Master, Holistic Therapist, and Crystal Healer. I have spent many years working in the fields of Education, Holistics and Well-being, and Holistic Therapy Training and Development, and I have built up a strong reputation for quality in all areas.
